Rama Natha, a rich landlord’s son, believed in a magic potion that could turn anything into gold. He wasted his wealth searching for it and was often cheated. When a sage named Mahipati visited the town, Rama Natha asked about the potion. The sage told him he could make it by collecting 5 litres of morning dew from banana leaves, which he had to grow and tend himself.

Rama Natha worked hard for six years, planting banana trees and collecting dew, with help from his wife Madhumati. At the end, he took the dew to the sage, who chanted over it. But when Rama Natha tried the potion, it didnтАЩt work. He became angry, but the sage showed him a box full of gold coins earned from the banana plantation. The sage revealed there was no real potionтАФhis hard work had created the wealth. Rama Natha finally understood the value of effort and continued working diligently.
